I was diagnosed AuDHD last year. Diagnosed Borderline maybe 10 years ago. Undiagnosed c-PTSD. Depression. Anxiety. I have known struggle my entire life. I have known loneliness. Despair. Grief. Loss. Heartache. Abandonment. Abuse. Ridicule. Infidelity.

I took this selfie during a moment where being a father felt unbearable. Overstimulated and overwhelmed. Scared.

I have also known love. Freedom. Connection. Peace. Joy. Laughter.

As humans we try and escape the former feelings in favour of the latter. I mean, who wouldn't, right? Who 'wants' to feel pain?

I do.

I want to feel it all. All the above. Because that's why I came here. To experience the entire gamut of feelings in all their glorious colour.

There is such peace within pain. A beautiful space that only pain has. And if we learn to lean into it, let go of the resistance to it, we get to walk into this space and see pain for the beautiful thing it actually is.

Resistance = fear = suffering

It's simple maths.

Remove the resistance and fear loses its power and we no longer suffer.

I'm still learning to release resistance. But I am so much happier and at peace from my journey so far.

Can you feel when you are resistant? Could you let it go?

Something I adore in this world are contrasting things. They are so pronounced. So blatant. So real. Unavoidable. In your face. They give no fucks and hold no bars. It's why I chose the music to this image.

I love hiphop & rap. I used to be an MC. And it makes me cackle at the thought of me in a hiphop club wearing this outfit. I mean, could you imagine?! 😂

But as I step into my authenticity, as I step into being a human being who is gender fluid - a term I use loosely; it hugs the tightest - I am beginning to give no fucks - I guess I give 'less' fucks than I used to.

I'm not really a label-liker. They can be useful but for the most part they feel limiting for me, for my existence. So I am disbanding them as much as I can. I am not a guy. Nor am I a girl. I am not non-binary. I am not gender-fluid. I am just. Me. Existence. Love manifest. God manifest. Nature manifest. Essence. I have no boundaries and no limits. I am energy. And I will express this energy how it feels goof for me at all times.

What are you not expressing because of limitations? Either self or socially imposed.
